Just In Time Corporation (J.I.T.) was established in 1989. We saw the need in the manufacturing industry for a company that could help to minimize the costs of tied up capital and space from carrying inventory as well as help manufacturers to buy in the quantities they needed to fulfill immediate requirements. J.I.T. was created as a way to service the manufacturing world. The company is founded on the Japanese business philosophy of “just in time” inventory management. With this method, substantial efficiencies are gained from frequent deliveries of small quantities to meet immediate demands. Using our vast base of quality vendors, we are able to have custom parts made per the needs and specifications of our customers. The parts are then inventoried on site, and we ship them per the quantities and the dates our customers release. The company is family-owned and still holds true to the original values of a small family-owned business. We are driven by the needs of our customers and our strength comes from our knowledgeable and conscientious team of employees. In 2006 we moved to our current 45,000 square foot facility in the Sturgeon Bay Industrial Park. The new location, in addition to our original 25,000 square foot facility that we still own, allows us to better serve our existing customers as well as continue to grow and welcome new opportunities.
